CHOP Steakhouse is located in the heart of the village of Sister Bay, adjacent to the new Dorr Hotel. Open year round, the newly renovated restaurant features a display kitchen, local beer, wine and craft cocktails, seasonal outdoor seating with lake views on two levels and private gathering space for groups up to 80 people.
With an emphasis on classic American Steakhouse cuisine, CHOP is Door County’s first choice for local and visiting diners seeking the highest quality steaks, fish and seafood in a comfortable and relaxed setting. Chop offers a daily 3 course Early Dining menu, and our newly expanded bar hosts Happy Hour Specials featuring discounted appetizers, cocktails and $5.00 Wisconsin style Old Fashioneds.
